Whisper dress and blouse are uncomplicated, relaxed fitting garments designed for Double Gauze or Muslin fabric. Choose either the boat neckline or the round neckline with a button placket. Make either a blouse or a dress, choose the straight sleeve in 7/8, 3/4, or elbow length, or the fuller sleeve with a sleeve tab.
