Embroidery alert!

We now have a full-sized DMC thread stand, well stocked with stranded cottons in 90% of shades (we are filling it up!) as well as many shades of Coloris, Colour Variations, Light Effects and Satin threads. We have also brought in a small selection of embroidery and cross stitch patterns to add to our range of craft patterns for bags, quilts and useful pouches.

Lots of new clothing patterns have arrived - we have a massive range of Merchant and Mills patterns in both size ranges, as well as beautiful patterns from The Avid Seamstress, Sew House Seven, Megan Nielsen and Wardrobe by Me. I've made garments for myself from all these brilliant pattern houses and I can guarantee that they don't disappoint - I even got 'Garment of the Week' from my husband for one of them!

As always we have a wide range of curtain and upholstery fabrics available both off the roll and ex stock from our suppliers. Ranges include Clarke and Clarke, Prestigious Textiles, Swaffer, Sophie Allport and the fabulous (and Stamford made) Madder and Cutch. Our very experienced local curtain maker will transform any fabric into beautiful curtains for you in a flash, and I'll hand make Roman blinds with care. We can also supply lampshades, cushions and pinboards for the final touch.
