A centre seamed top with a keyhole front neck that features a button and loop closure, empire waist with a gathered skirt or peplum as well as billowy sleeves that are gathered into a narrow "above the wrist" cuff. The Romey comes in three lengths.
Version #1 a high hip length top
Version #2 an above the knee length dress
Version #3 a long, midi length dress
